One day, a 6 year-old Nina sat in her chair on the very first day of elementary school. She felt a tap on her shoulder, she saw a girl in pigtails and crooked teeth. "Hi, my name's Paula, do you watch Lazy Town?" . And that's how it all began. Fast forward 8 years later, Nina and Paula became the best of friends. They've been by each other's side for 8 whole years and never once have they left each other. Paula coped with Nina's weirdness. She's been there through thick and thin, and when skies were grey, she'd be there for me. She and I told jokes that nobody understood and secrets neither of us would tell. Even if Paula moved away and distance came, it did not become a barrier for our friendship. And in 2 hours, Paula's going to turn 14.
