Highlights:Shakey's V-League Season 10

Family, pizza and more what a perfect store, let's all go to Shakeeeeeeeey's
(Yup even the very annoying jingle is still stuck in my head)
Some families go out for dinner, some families go out on road trips but my family bonds while watching volleyball games. Every time that there's a Sunday game, my mom, dad brother and I would surely go. This summer, we stayed tuned for the 10th season of the Shakey's V-league. It went by so fast so let's reminisce.
Let's start with the opening of the conference!! Here are the logos of the participating schools, my family roots for our favorite team, the Ateneo Lady Eagles.
The opening started with the Shakey's Pizza staff, a National University cheering squad and finally, the athlete parade.

Other than this, my family watched numerous games. Fortunately, there was a game right after the opening, and a good one, too. The season started off with a battle between the Ateneo Lady Eagles and the UST lady tigresses.
Through the block  by Ateneo's guest player, Rachel Daquis
I also watched all three of the Finals games. Game 1- UST vs Adamson fight for the bronze

Adamson wins game 1 giving them a 1-0 lead.
 Game 2- NU vs Ateneo

Ateneo wins game 1 with a 1-0 lead.

UST takes game 2 vs Adamson, resulting to a third game.
NU vs Ateneo game 2 at the MOA arena. NU ties the best of three game with 1-1.

Right: Gretchen Ho, former Ateneo Lady Eagle. She says hi HAHAHAHA.
And finally, the very much awaited Finals game 3! This game would settle it all, do or die.
UST attacker Maika Ortiz scores a point. UST defeats Adamson and wins the bronze title!
Finally, the intense Ateneo vs  NU game!

LOOK, A PICTURE OF ME AND ALYSSA VALDEZ
Look at how the crowd reacted after every point. Very intense game indeed!!
 Poophoy. Poophoy.
Congratulations NU! Although Ateneo did not get their 3-peat, don't underestimate these ladies. NU won in a 4 match set taking the first, second and last set.
Over all, the Shakey's V-League season 10 was a blast. Can't wait for the next season!
